We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our concierge support team at support@erochix.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of goods cannot be returned due to hygiene and intimate wellness safety standards once seals are broken. Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing
