International Shipping
Available Countries
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. Additional countries may be added in the future.
Customs and Duties
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes
- Duties and taxes are calculated by the destination country's customs office
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Additional charges may apply for international shipments
Import Restrictions
Some countries have restrictions on importing adult products. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery to countries with import restrictions.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

- Using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation
Return Policy
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Return authorization required before shipping items back
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons
Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned items
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for damaged or incomplete returns. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned items.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it may be lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and contents
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost
